Terminology used in the Refund and Returns Policy, including references to “we,” “us,” “our,” “you,” “your,” and “user,” has the same meaning as that provided for in the Terms of Use.
Conditions
Items purchased from store.senseifirearms.com may be returned and replaced when available, or returned for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Additionally, only items that
are unused, in their original condition and in their original packaging may be returned. Further, only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items sold “on sale” or otherwise at a discount are sold as is and cannot be returned for a refund.
While we make no assurances that any refund is possible if the above conditions are not met, under certain circumstances, and entirely at our discretion, a partial refund may be available. We will inspect any returned item to evaluate the condition of such item. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that such item is in any way not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts, and the reasons for these deficiencies are not due to our error, we may still provide a partial refund, the amount being dependent on the condition of the item in question. Further, if an item is returned more than 30 days from the date of purchase, we may also consider, at our sole discretion, the possibility of a partial refund based on the circumstances surrounding a particular return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, any cost of return shipping borne by us will be deducted from your refund.
Excluded Products
Several types of products are exempt this refund and return policy. To the extent we offer, now or in the future, perishable goods, health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, such products cannot under any circumstances be returned. Additionally, gift cards and downloadable software products are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned.
Procedure for Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your requested exchange or refund.
If your requested exchange or refund is approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed. For an approved refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks of approval, first check the status of your account used for the original purchase again. If you cannot see a record of the refund,
proceed at that time to contact your credit card company.
If the aforementioned approaches do not confirm the processing of the refund, then contact your bank. Some processing time is often required before a refund is posted.

Gift items and other information
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will process a refund request for such item through communications directly with the gift giver.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a shipping service with package tracking and/or you may consider purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive items that you return to us.
